Illyrian type ancient Greek bronze helmet, of high domed form with long cheek-guards and everted neck-guard. Parallel ridges on the crown, rivet in front used for attachment of the crest. The perimeter of the cheek-guards and front of helmet finely incised with beading design. Circa 6th Century BC and measure 10.5 inches high.
