Circa 1875 , lovely Sioux thread and sinew sewn softly tanned hide leggings. Vibrant beadwork in colors of red white-heart, pea green, dark blue, white, and marcasite. Tabs with tin cones, hints of red and green pigments. Leggings measure 14.25 inches in length. Ex. James B. Scoville Collection
